1)     Private parties of 5 couples maximum (or a total of 12 people or less).
2)     It is a private vacation home and we reserve the right to deny any rental inquiry.

2)     Contact us via email (preferred option) or phone. To book the desired period, please be prepared to pay a 50% deposit of the total amount. A credit card payment or a check will be required

Cancellation policy:

1)    Thirty (30) days or more before the stay: the deposit will be refunded minus 15%.
2)    Less than thirty (30) days before the stay: If the property can be rented to someone else, the full deposit minus 15% will be refunded. If the property can't be rented to someone else, the deposit will not be refunded.
3)    If the balance due is not received 30 days before the stay, the reservation will automatically be canceled. The initial deposit will not be refunded unless the property can be rented to someone else. In this case, the deposit minus 15% will be refunded.
